[Blue City Scene]

Nice detail. This one took me a second to appreciate as at first it seemed almost blurry to me. I think the issue is that a lot of the colors are so similar that they blend a bit, which makes the overall image hard to focus on. So close to perfect!

I love it! Certainly this looks like everything is properly proportional to me. Maybe work on slowly incrementing to more and more muscular as practice for drawing different levels of muscular characters?

Honestly, the weapons remind me of God Eater, how each of them seem huge and unique. Cool looking picture!

Future eccentric villains? I can imagine such good things with something like this!
The only tiny critique I have is based on the shirt of the person on the right hand side. The top seems like it's going to be a hoodie, but the fabric never ends. It's like you forgot that you were drawing a full on shirt and started drawing the other shirt. It's not enough for me to really have a problem with it, but it's enough that it needed to be said.
