Future eccentric villains? I can imagine such good things with something like this!
The only tiny critique I have is based on the shirt of the person on the right hand side. The top seems like it's going to be a hoodie, but the fabric never ends. It's like you forgot that you were drawing a full on shirt and started drawing the other shirt. It's not enough for me to really have a problem with it, but it's enough that it needed to be said.

So, the art itself is really good. I really just have one question: Is he supposed to look awkwardly surprised? Something about the way he's standing just screams to me "Oh... We're taking a picture? Uh... Just gimme a... And you've already taken it..."
